New player has some questions

ok firstly im new , name is Echoing Song. Before i actually download the stuff, could I have a few questions answered please?
1) Can Donation equips be obtained via a voting system like all the other servers?
2) Are there any type of kawaii headgears available to be made through quests just for looks?
3) How many people have MvP cards? Dont want to join a server where everyone has them
4) is there any instant cast mechanism?
5) are any skills of the 3rd job nerfed?

Oh also, can sum1 post the WoE timings for GMT?

1. no.
2. yes, but mostly headgears which are available at ratemyserver and not the custom ones.
3. not sure, there are rumors that someone got this someone got that, but since i started last january i have never seen anyone with one or have them show it to me at least.
4. there is none.
5. the developer can answer this for you since im new to third jobs and im not sure if some have been nerfed.

prontera - monday - 8pm-9m
geffen - wednesday - 8pm-9m
payon - friday - 8pm-9m
aldebaran - saturday - 6pm-7pm

1. No, donation items can't be obtained via voting,
2. Yes, we have so many Kawaii headgears from the quest npc.
3. none so far... you can relax.
4. Nope. You'll be needing 180+ dex for that...
5. all third job skills are official..

1. The server Launched last January 18, 2012

2. WoE is +8 GMT

3. Let the admins answer that question. but yes donate items are tradable.

4. no instacast...

how many WoE guilds?
and i went through a few posts... many ppl talking in a language i didnt understand. People do talk in english here right?

4 guilds... and yes people do speak english..

Some skills are instacast. If you can reach 180 Dex. Like Storm Gust and some Trans and 2nd job skills. But most of the 3rd Job Skills have Fixed Cast rate.
