Requesting a Poison herb NPC~

I saw that in this link they can be bought at morroc, And i have read some in iRO forums it should be bought at morroc near middle kafra.. I can't find the link anymore because they are too many..
And was lazzy on forums really but i was requested to post it. x.x
Anyway i am looking forward into it ^^
And Hopes they work the right way (No bugs~)
